You don´t always get a cam in a room, sometimes it is just a console or a safe, or something else, and that gives you no information what else is in the room, so stop pretending that International can see everything that you need to success. The only difference it makes, when you play with "seed", but even then you need to scout ahead in case of guards. It doesn`t matter if you use a hammer this turn or the next and it will not save you any PWD or AP at all. It doesn´t matter how "expensive" a hacking tool is, it`s the "time" you need to break the firewall, and that is only of any relevance if you are using "parasite". To be honest, i don´t get your point in this.
